We are looking for IT Support Specialists to strengthen our team in Zoetermeer. This position is open to both junior and senior profiles, with responsibilities growing based on your experience.

The Role

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities and level of ownership will grow—from hands-on support to more complex troubleshooting, improvements, and mentoring.

What you will do

  • Provide technical support to colleagues on hardware, software, and IT systems
  • Handle incidents and service requests via the IT service desk
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, applications, and user accounts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Support onboarding of new employees (devices, accounts, access)
  • Document solutions and improve internal processes
  • (Senior level) Take ownership of complex issues and contribute to structural improvements
  • (Senior level) Coach and support junior team members

What you bring

For Interns:

  • Pursuing MBO/HBO education in IT or a related field
  • Strong interest in IT support and troubleshooting
  • Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

For Medior / Senior Profiles:

  • Proven experience in IT support, service desk, or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, hardware, and basic networking
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and handle complex issues
  • Proactive mindset with focus on improvements

Important: We’re looking for someone fluent in English (Dutch is a plus), eager to be on-site in Zoetermeer, and has a valid Dutch driver’s license.

  • Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and device lifecycle management
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management
  • Microsoft 365 for collaboration and productivity services
  • Windows endpoints and modern workplace technologies
  • Trend Micro security solutions for endpoint protection
  • Meeting room technology and audiovisual workplace solutions
  • ITSM tools for incident, problem, and change management
  • Strong will and experience with automation.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by adopting and promoting AI solutions in day‑to‑day IT support processes.
